About Us
Shadai Home Health Services is created as a Shadai Home Health Limited Liability Company with Head Operations in Camp Hill, Cumberland County and another office in Lancaster. Shadai is owned by its principal investors and principal operators. Camp Hill is also home to a hospital facility and a renowned Holy Spirit & affiliates Pinnacle Hospitals, and other long term care facilities, which serves as referral bases for our agency.

Our agency is licensed by the State of Pennsylvania and our services are reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid and other private insurance carriers.

Our Founders
Evelyn Sosu (Mrs.)
Co-founder/Administrator
Evelyn Sosu is a Registered Nurse with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and has 20 years’ experience in Nursing both internationally and the United States of America.
She has an Associate Nursing Degree and a BS Nursing from the Grand Canyon University in Arizona. She is a Nurse Educator for Certified Nurse Aide (CNA).
Frank Sosu (Mr.)
Co-founder/CFO/Pastor
Frank has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Financial Information and Analysis from Clarkson University. He also has completed level 2 of Institute of Certified Accountants (ICA) and was a Revenue accountant at the Volta Regional Hospital in Ghana.
Frank has a Master’s Certificate in
Government Contracting with Defense Acquisition University. He worked as Contracting Officer with the Navy in Mechanicsburg for 10years. Frank worked part time with Shadai during its inception in 2015 and transitioned to full time CFO in 2020.
He has a combined total of over 20 years experience in both the Healthcare sector and contracting.
